দেশ থেকে দূর করব অনাচার, দুর্নীতি, যেখানে থাকবে না কোন ভিক্ষুক, বস্তি ও বেকার; হবেনা খাদ্যাভাব ও বিদ্যুতের অভাব, বরং প্রয়োজনে করা যাবে রফতানী । অসুসথ্যতায় পাবে প্রয়োজনীয় সুচিকিৎসা ও উপযুক্ত নৈতিক এবং কারিগড়ী শিক্ষা । রাষ্টীয় কোষাগার থেকে আমি কোনরূপ অর্থ চাইনে, চাই আমার সংশ্লিষ্ট নীতিসমূহের রাষ্ট্রীয় অনুমোদন এবং তার সঠিক প্রয়োগ।
